Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and sales agents.
Promote financing products and services tailored for car buyers.
Provide clients with complete information about loan terms, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Receive and review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
Perform preliminary credit screening based on company policies.
Coordinate with credit evaluation and risk teams for approval processes.
Guide clients through the loan process from application to disbursement.
Address inquiries, concerns, or disputes related to used car financing.
Ensure all submitted documents are valid, complete, and in compliance with internal standards and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
0 - 1 year of experience in auto loan financing, preferably in used car loans or banking.
Familiarity with credit processes and financial products.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and loan processing software is an advantage.
