Job Description

STRATEGIC DIRECTION FOR ASSIGNED PORTFOLIO:

  • Leads the overall results of assigned accounts and projects, whether as an individual contributor or while managing a medium-sized team.
  • Accountable for budget management and reconciliation
  • Develop and implement initiatives to achieve short and long-term goals
  • Manage client and competitor market research, analyze data and market insights, and use the data to make simple and complex business decisions
  • Build strategic alliances/partnerships to create mutually beneficial business relationships, often focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and innovation
  • Cover end-to-end project management
  • Influence business outcomes beyond immediate scope of responsibilities

MASTERY & CONTINUED LEARNING OF ASSIGNED PORTFOLIO:

  • Has in-depth knowledge and understanding of assigned category/program/vertical
  • Applies cross-functional insights to drive business outcomes
  • Uses technical expertise and displays openness to new executions

CRISIS MANAGEMENT:

  • Effectively manages crises and develops innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Oversees compliance, controls, audit, and regulatory related activities
  • Partner/client/supplier relationship management and conflict resolution
  • Applies critical thinking backed by data when navigating ambiguous situations
  • Evaluates internal and external factors when addressing business issues
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business outcomes
  • Comes up with alternative strategies as needed by the business

  • Serves as a subject matter expert and adviser within the area of expertise.
  • Confidently and competently takes on stretch projects that expand one's current role
  • Exhibit readiness to lead a team including cross functional collaborative teams
  • Serves as a subject matter expert and key adviser to peers

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. 2+ years of proven experience in conceptualizing and rolling out campaigns
  2. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for driving customer engagement and loyalty.
  5. Proficient in MS Excel
  6. Results and deadline-oriented
  7. Organized and data-driven; comfortable with numbers and hitting targets
