Usage Category Manager (Installments or Dining)

The Role

As the Usage Category Manager (Installments or Dining Category), you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing marketing strategies by launching usage campaigns and programs for assigned categories to achieve credit card billing targets. This role also involves managing relationships with both new and existing merchant partners. Additionally, the incumbent should be able to oversee internal and external clients and effectively resolve campaign-related issues and concerns that may arise.

How you'll contribute

• Ensure timely launch and smooth execution of usage programs, including merchant negotiations, program approvals, and on-time cardholder communications.
• Negotiates and works closely with merchant partners on the execution of Usage promos
• Conducts trend and historical campaign analysis to guide proposals, identify target markets, and assess campaign profitability.
• Monitors campaign performance and ensure timely actions, including merchant payments, incentive credits (rewards, cashback, EGCs), and other requirements.
• Handles and resolves usage campaign or promo-related cases from cardholders, typically escalated by CCG or other channels.

What we're looking for

• Must have 35 years of relevant working experience in marketing, campaign management, or the credit card industry.
• With proven experience in merchant and partnership management.
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills to drive successful collaborations.
• With the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Has excellent coordination and documentation skills to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Must have high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
