Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT US Recruiter to join our team and support the recruitment of IT professionals for U.S.-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S. IT roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and interview candidates based on job requirements.
• Handle roles such as Software Developers, Engineers, Cloud/DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure, and other IT positions.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and provide qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
• Negotiate offers and assist with the onboarding process.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in U.S. IT Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. recruitment processes and IT roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
