Lead End-to-End U.S. Technical Recruitment

Technical hiring in the U.S. demands recruiters who can identify exceptional talent, navigate competitive markets, and deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience supporting U.S.-based hiring
  • Proven experience recruiting qualified candidates based in the U.S., including sourcing, engaging, interviewing, and onboarding U.S.-based talent
  • Background recruiting for specialized and technical roles across areas such as information technology, engineering, telecommunications, manufacturing, and other professional functions
  • Advanced candidate sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, online job portals, employee referrals, professional networks, Boolean search techniques, targeted email outreach, phone prospecting, and other direct-search channels
  • Proven ability to handle several technical vacancies simultaneously while achieving recruitment deadlines, service expectations, and hiring goals
  • Hands-on experience maintaining candidate pipelines, recruitment activity, and applicant information through an Applicant Tracking System
  • Recruitment experience gained within a staffing firm, recruitment process outsourcing provider, executive search business, or outsourcing organization is strongly preferred
  • Experience in staffing, RPO, executive search, or outsourcing environments is strongly preferred; familiarity with Vendor Management Systems is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for engaging candidates and hiring stakeholders
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong planning, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and assessment through offer management, pre-employment, and onboarding coordination
  • Identify qualified talent through LinkedIn, online job platforms, referral networks, candidate databases, professional connections, and direct outreach
  • Analyze vacancy requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies for urgent, specialized, and difficult-to-fill positions
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to evaluate experience, technical capability, communication skills, and overall role suitability
  • Endorse shortlisted candidates to the recruitment team with comprehensive assessment notes and relevant supporting information
  • Manage candidate progression across every stage of the hiring process while ensuring timely communication, follow-up, and a positive candidate experience
  • Assist with offer preparation, acceptance coordination, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding readiness
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines to support immediate vacancies and future workforce needs
  • Monitor talent market developments and apply current recruitment practices to strengthen sourcing effectiveness and hiring results
  • Keep applicant records, sourcing activity, interview outcomes, and recruitment updates complete and accurate within the ATS
