US Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced US Talent Sourcing Specialist to support high-volume recruitment across finance, technology, and hospitality. The role requires hands-on sourcing expertise, strong pipeline management, and the ability to develop sourcing strategies and engage with clients and hiring stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for multiple requisitions.
• Source active and passive candidates through Indeed, Boolean searches, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Manage high-volume sourcing projects, potentially supporting 50–60 openings.
• Build talent pipelines and endorse qualified candidates to recruiters and clients.
• Participate in client meetings and provide sourcing updates and market insights.
• Monitor sourcing performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on sourcing experience.
• Experience supporting US recruitment or high-volume hiring is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and build qualified talent pipelines.
• Strong Boolean search, candidate engagement, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Confident in client-facing discussions and sourcing strategy presentations.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City, transitioning to hybrid (3x onsite) after 6 months
