US Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a US Sourcing Specialist with at least 3 years of US sourcing experience to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for US-based positions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in passive candidate sourcing, Boolean search techniques, and talent pipeline development using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for US-based roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
• Utilize Boolean search techniques to identify and attract qualified passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles and sourcing activities in the ATS.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to meet sourcing targets and hiring deadlines.
• Stay updated on US recruitment trends and effective sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of US sourcing experience is required.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates for US-based positions.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using job boards and other online sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
