- Manage and facilitate federal and state tax audits, serving as the primary liaison between the organization/client and tax authorities (e.g., IRS).
- Preparing responses to tax authorities, gathering documentation, and mitigating risks.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned U.S. tax clients.
- Manage client expectations, respond to inquiries, and proactively address tax planning opportunities.
- Provide proactive tax planning strategies tailored to client needs.
Team Leadership & Development

- Review team workpapers and provide constructive feedback to support development.
- Help build team capacity and uphold quality standards.
Support for Senior Leadership

Strategic and Leadership Growth
- Collaborate with leadership on department goals and client service initiatives.
- Support business development or client expansion opportunities.
- Demonstrate leadership readiness for a future Director-level position.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (BSA)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in US taxation, preferably within a public accounting firm or a multinational corporation.
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax codes, compliance requirements, and US GAAP.
