About the Role:
As a Senior Tax Associate, you will play an integral role in our tax team by managing and reviewing complex tax returns while delivering strategic tax planning to a diverse client base. In this role, you'll:
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients across industries
- Resolve complex IRS and state tax issues
- Collaborate with and mentor junior staff members
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
What We're Looking For:
- At least 4-5 years of experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, gained through working with diverse clients in public accounting.
- A CPA or EA license is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, with experience handling a variety of tax situations across different industries.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced public accounting environment.
