US Senior Payroll Analyst

Responsible for end-to-end Payroll processing administration for Tenet employees. Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and processing all payroll information for a designated group

• Effective use of Payroll systems and company standard technologies
• Resolve employee needs, while providing exceptional customer service
• Well-versed in MS Excel
• Must have good communication skills
• Payroll processing experience with ADP Enterprise version EV5 or above and EV6 is preferred.
• Experience with day-to-day administration of Kronos Timekeeping System version 8.1
• Creating and running reports using ADP Reporting

Preferred:

• Require comprehensive understanding of Payroll principles and all federal, state, and local wage and tax regulations regarding payroll
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, resulting in high employee satisfaction
• Worked in Multinational Company, BPO, Shared Service
• Payroll Case Management experience
• Knowledge in Macro
• Background in any of the following:

a. Oracle myHR

b. Kronos WFC or iSeries

c. ServiceNow

d. ADP

• With FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) / CPP (Certified Payroll Professional)
• Advance Excel Certification
