Job Description

**This is a full-time independent contractor role. Candidates must be able to commit exclusively to this position and not engage in part-time or freelance work once hired.*

If you're an experienced U.S. accounting professional who enjoys owning the full month-end close, communicating directly with clients, and building clean, reliable financials, and you're genuinely excited to learn and work with AI, this role might be for you!

You'll work closely with the founders of a modern, tech-forward accounting and fractional CFO firm, supporting high-touch clients and helping elevate how accounting and finance is delivered.

  • Opportunity to work closely with founders and influence processes early
  • Long-term role with growth as the firm continues to scale
  • Supportive, collaborative, and relationship-driven work environment
