About the role
Teleperformance is seeking a proactive and experienced US Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time, work from home position that will involve a night shift schedule. As a US Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing organisation. What you'll be doing
- Sourcing, screening and conducting initial interviews with potential US candidates
- Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified applicants to meet ongoing hiring needs
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Continuously improving recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting role, preferably in the US market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and various sourcing/recruiting tools
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, remote environment
- Passionate about talent acquisition and committed to delivering exceptional candidate experiences
