Job Summary
We are seeking experienced
US Registered Nurses (USRN) with an active New York RN license to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will have a strong clinical background in an acute care hospital setting and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to established clinical standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
- Monitor patients conditions and document observations, treatments, and progress accurately.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond promptly to patient needs, changes in condition, and medical emergencies.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards.
- Participate in care planning, patient advocacy, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications- Active and unrestricted New York Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute hospital experience in any of the following areas:
- Emergency Room (ER)
- Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
- Operating Room (OR)
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS and specialty certifications are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in high-volume acute care hospitals.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
- Strong teamwork, patient-centered care, and problem-solving abilities.
