US Registered Nurse Team Lead

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage program with the assistance from a team of Support staff
• Daily management of all operations processes to ensure all quality and efficiency standards/targets are met
• Provides process training updates, refresher trainings, and quality audits to the staff as needed
• Review cases to help meet productivity requirement and to be updated on all process changes
• Responsible in overseeing the work of new hires and continuous coaching of the program's staff
• Analyze areas for improvement in lieu of meeting program objectives
• Ensure that direct superiors are well informed on significant program activities
• Support initiatives of other programs/departments
• Assists the nurse in performing their tasks especially in clinical decision making as per client, state and/or federal protocols as well as recommended clinical guidelines
• Provides direct coaching to both the clinical and non-clinical staff in relation to their scope of work
• Provide direct feedback to the Nurse Manager and Nurse General Manager on the performance of both the clinical and non-clinical staff for coaching and appraisal purposes
