US Registered Nurse | 1+ Year US Healthcare Experience

We are looking for a US Registered Nurse (USRN) with at least 1 year of US healthcare BPO/CPO experience to support healthcare operations for one of our US-based clients. The role involves handling clinical and administrative healthcare tasks, reviewing and documenting patient or member information, coordinating with healthcare stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of assigned processes.

Qualifications

• An active Nursing license in the Philippines and in the mainland US.

• Minimum of 1 year of US healthcare experience preferably in Workers Compensation, Utilization Review, Case Management, or related clinical operations

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

• Must be willing to train in Makati or Pasig Office

• Amenable to work Monday to Friday on US business hours
