You'll ensure consistent fulfillment of US agent requirements, innovate sourcing approaches, and manage recruitment operations.

• Oversee and enhance the end-to-end recruitment process for efficiency and quality.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain strong recruiting networks with schools, training centers, and industry partners.
• Provide data-driven reports and insights to measure recruitment effectiveness and forecast future needs.
• Drive special projects to improve recruitment operations and strengthen talent acquisition practices.
