US Recruitment Specialist START ASAP

We are looking for an experienced US Recruitment Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on US recruitment experience to join our RPO team supporting US-based clients, primarily in the Hospitality and Tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and candidate endorsement.
• Handle multiple requisitions and high-volume hiring requirements for US-based positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates qualifications and suitability.
• Partner with US-based hiring managers and stakeholders to meet recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS updates while meeting recruitment KPIs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on US recruitment experience is required.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and candidate management.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment practices and sourcing strategies.
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar recruitment tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to work in nightshift schedule.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City for the first 3 months, transitioning to 3 days onsite per week.
