US Recruitment Specialist Hospitality (RPO)

We are looking for an experienced US Recruitment Specialist to support US-based clients, primarily in the Hospitality and Tourism industry. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills and experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on US recruitment experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, and candidate endorsement.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work the night shift in Quezon City.
• Nice to have RPO experience supporting US clients and hospitality recruitment experience.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City, transitioning to hybrid (3x onsite) after 3 months
