US Recruiter - URGENT HIRING

We're looking for a US Recruiter to join our team and support recruitment for US-based clients.

What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned US roles
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring activities
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Partner with hiring teams to meet recruitment targets and timelines

What we're looking for:

• At least 6 months of US recruitment experience
• Experience in agency, staffing, BPO, or corporate recruitment is an advantage
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and ATS
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
• Willing to work night shift and onsite in UP Ayala TechnoHub
