US Travel Nurse Recruiter

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven US Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to US staffing, healthcare recruitment, travel nursing, or high-volume recruitment.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, engaging, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Conduct candidate screening, qualification calls, and interviews to assess experience, skills, availability, and suitability
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for US Travel Nurse opportunities
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates on application status and requirements
- Coordinate interviews and other recruitment activities between candidates and clients/hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant databases
- Assist candidates with the completion and submission of required documentation
- Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships to improve engagement and retention throughout the recruitment process
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets, KPIs, and placement goals
- Stay informed about US healthcare staffing requirements, market trends, and candidate availability
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through placement
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Experience in US recruitment, healthcare recruitment, travel nursing, or staffing is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven ability to source, screen, and engage candidates effectively
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets, KPIs, and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, applicant tracking systems, and/or recruitment platforms
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Work Setup
- Initial training: Fully onsite in Makati
- After training: Hybrid — 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
- Candidates must be willing to work on a schedule aligned with US business hours/night shift, as required by the role
