Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful US Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Cebu, Philippines, supporting our US clients in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process, aligned with client expectations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for US-based roles, from job intake to candidate placement.
- Source qualified candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, ATS).
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule client interviews, providing timely feedback and updates to both clients and candidates.
- Draft and post engaging job descriptions tailored to attract the right talent.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, offer acceptance rates).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of proven recruitment experience (preferably supporting US clients).
- Strong sourcing and networking skills across LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work US business hours (night shift in PH time).
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for IT, healthcare, or BPO roles is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of US employment trends, salary ranges, and compliance factors.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote global team.
