OVERVIEW
The US Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent across North America. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, utilizing AI-driven sourcing tools and data analytics to meet aggressive hiring goals while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and AI-powered sourcing platforms to build a diverse pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end process, including job posting, initial screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Consult with the Account Executives to define role requirements, market availability, and salary benchmarks.
- Stay updated on US labor laws (EEOC, FLSA), visa types (H1B, L1, OPT/CPT), and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Maintain real-time updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate reporting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5+ years of experience in US recruitment
- Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
- Clear understanding of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment eligibility/visa processing.
- Proficiency with modern ATS, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT for job descriptions or outreach).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Can work 9 PM - 6 AM Manila
- Can visit the office in Ortigas once or twice a month
SOFT SKILLS
- Exceptional verbal and written English (must be able to influence and negotiate with US-based stakeholders).
- Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Deep understanding of the US work culture and business etiquette.
