Managing Accountant

We are looking for a Managing Accountant to oversee financial reporting, reconciliation, financial controls, and operational accounting activities. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounting data
• Perform account reconciliation and investigate financial discrepancies
• Monitor and maintain financial reports, aging reports, and account schedules
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management
• Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to identify areas for improvement
• Monitor financial transactions, adjustments, and settlements for accuracy
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across systems
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting and reporting processes
• Support process automation and standardization of financial reporting
• Coordinate with Finance and other departments to resolve financial and data-related discrepancies
• Provide accurate financial information and analysis to support business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience in QuickBooks
• Strong experience in reconciliation, financial controls, and financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience preparing financial reports, aging reports, and management reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have full-time night shift work experience
• Must be willing to work onsite daily
• Experience supporting U.S. and/or Mexico-based clients is an advantage
• Professional, collaborative, and team-oriented
