US Payroll Specialist - ADP Workforce Now (Night Shift)

• Process U.S. payroll, including off-cycle payroll, final pay, payroll adjustments, and employee record updates in ADP.
• Review timecards, resolve payroll discrepancies, and maintain accurate payroll documentation and compliance.
• Manage Wisely Pay Cards, employment verifications, unemployment notices, and Workers Compensation reporting.
• Support payroll audits, legal requests, compliance reporting, and confidential payroll record management.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing while complying with multi-state U.S. payroll regulations.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end U.S. payroll processing, including off-cycle payroll, final pay, and multi-state payroll (CA, NV, and WA preferred).
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now/ADP Lyric, Kronos/UKG, and Wisely Pay Cards.
• Experience handling timecard audits, payroll corrections, employment verifications, unemployment claims, Workers Compensation reporting, and payroll compliance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
