Payroll Officer

To enable the vision, I will support the operational processing of all end-to-end Payroll requirements in compliance to applicable legislative framework.

  • I support accurate processing of core Payroll outcomes using existing business tools.
  • I ensure employee Masterfile data is maintained and accurate in line with market employment laws and internal stakeholder requirements.
  • I prepare recurring adhoc reports and payment requirements for Payroll Operations and internal stakeholders as required.
  • I support my team to deliver best practice customer service, making sure standards are maintained and delivered when responding to Payroll queries.
  • I handle and support intermediate complexity query resolution.
  • I provide strong team contribution and downstream mentoring.
  • I inspire, care for and grow myself at every stage of the people lifecycle.
  • I follow the COG way and am an ambassador for our Brand and Products.
  • I manage my HPAs to deliver the Group strategy, and act within our Frameworks.
