US Payroll Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of US Payroll Processors
• Ensure SLAs, productivity, and quality targets are met
• Handle escalations from customers and internal stakeholders
• Coach, develop, and manage team performance
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, data privacy, and audit standards
• Process and audit payroll entries, including voluntary deductions and tax elections.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and out-of-balance conditions.
• Use Kronos and other systems to prepare timecard corrections and generate reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 7-10 years of US payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing, knowledge in different payroll regulations and tax reporting
• At least 3-5 years leadership/managerial experience
• At least 2-3 years experience using Kronos/UKG and Workday
• Prior experience in launching and transitioning processes
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
• Experience handling confidential information and meeting strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and MS Word.
• Must be willing to work in a Fixed Night Shift/US hours and during PH holidays.
• Must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City during the training and transition period (4-6 months)
