Job Description

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years in college, no back subject/dropped subject

• 2 years experience in either any of the below:

- Sales compensation management

- Compensation administration

- Payroll helpdesk

- Compensation & Benefits administration

- Finance & Accounting

- HR Shared Services

• Must have hands-on experience on compensation tools (Anaplan, Callidus/SAP, OIC, Xactly, Salesforce)

• Experience creating SQL scripts to extract quantitative data

• Experience with CRM tools and case management
