About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented US Payroll Administrator (Senior Level) to lead payroll operations and support workforce planning across multiple business entities. The role involves managing endtoend payroll processing, overseeing fleet management processes, collaborating with AMZ/DSP/Last Mile teams, and analyzing HR and operational data to guide decisionmaking.
Payroll, Benefits & Workers Compensation
- Process accurate, on-time payroll for delivery drivers and staff
- Manage employee benefits, compensation, and workers compensation claims
- Maintain organized employee and compensation records
Administrative & Email Management
- Manage and respond to team and partner communications
- Schedule meetings, coordinate interviews, and maintain calendars
- Maintain digital filing systems and internal documentation
Fleet & Insurance Coordination
- Track vehicle maintenance schedules and documentation
- Handle vehicle registration, insurance renewals, and compliance needs
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, and service appointments
Operations & HR Support
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, employee documentation, and compliance
- Support internal HR processes and day-to-day business administration
- Monitor and improve workflows that support driver operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in US payroll (handling 300+ employees preferred)
- Familiarity with ADP is required; Paycom experience is a plus
- Experience managing payroll across multiple companies on a weekly or bi-weekly cycle
- Knowledge of California payroll laws is a strong advantage
- Background in logistics or last-mile delivery operations is highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid command of Google Workspace or MS Office tools.
