We are looking for a highly motivatedUS PayrollAdministrator to perform the administration and maintenance of specific issues in pay and time impacting transactions intopayrollsystems and time systems within thePayrollDepartment.

This position will be responsible for applying knowledge of local regulations, laws, and legal standards and services, works in tandem with theHRService Center to ensurepayrollis processed appropriately for the organization, analyze and administerHR service deliveryprograms, investigates and resolves dailyemployee payrollservice problems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acts as subject matter expert and / or resources to others forpayroll processingtransactions analyzes and responds to complex matters requiring comprehensive knowledge ofpayrollpolicies and procedures

  • Reviews, analyzes and verifiespayrollreports and documents for accuracy makes necessary adjustments or corrections using established procedures

  • Completes pre / postpayroll processingactivities based on implemented procedures

  • Proactively identifies and researchespotentialpayrollissues and recommends courses of action in thedevelopmentof new procedures and policies related topayrolloperations

  • Review,auditand troubleshooting challenges as it relates to the garnishment process (internal entry, submissions to agencies and third parties)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or other related fields

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on U.S. payroll administration experience in an in-house or shared services environment, including end-to-end payroll processing and administration for large-scale organizations with a workforce of 2,500 employees or more.

  • Working knowledge of end-to-endpayrollprocedures and other pay-impacting processes such asGL reconciliationis strongly preferred knowledge ofHR policies, practices, and procedures is preferred

  • Experience in using / managing one or more of the following systems is strongly preferred: ​Service Now Workday SAP Payroll GlobalView UKG Pro

  • Able to work with confidential information,attention to detailsand accuracy, often in time-critical situations

  • Effective communication skillsto work with all levels of employees

  • Experience partnering with business and function resources third party vendors / outsourcers

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel experience with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas is highly preferred.

  • Willing to work in a night shift environment and adhere to a hybrid work arrangement, including working onsite at least three days per week.
