Nezda is currently looking for US Offshore Recruiter & Offshore Recruiter (Canada).

We are looking for motivated & talented individuals who meet the following qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years US Recruiter experience
Minimum of 1-year Canadian Recruiter experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with Boolean Search Strings

Night Shift
