Work Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (On-site)

What is your mission

We are looking for a Mortgage Servicing Specialist who manages foreclosure and REO workflows with accuracy, compliance, and operational discipline. This role focuses on foreclosure documentation, REO coordination, case status tracking, document review, stakeholder coordination, and record management. You will support default servicing activities while ensuring timelines, compliance requirements, and reporting accuracy are consistently met.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage foreclosure and REO processes, including documentation handling and case coordination
  • Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, title companies, and internal teams to support foreclosure activities
  • Review mortgage and loan documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Track foreclosure timelines, milestones, updates, and case status
  • Support loan mitigation and resolution efforts when required
  • Ensure all records, reports, and system entries are accurate and up to date
  • Maintain organized documentation aligned with compliance and servicing standards
  • Support ongoing default servicing operations through accurate reporting and coordination

Who are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience in mortgage servicing, loan processing, loss mitigation, or foreclosure operations
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience in foreclosure processing and REO management
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, including title, escrow, and compliance processes
  • Experience supporting default servicing, loan modification, or loss mitigation activities, considered an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with external partners, including attorneys and vendors
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for document‑heavy, compliance‑driven workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and timelines simultaneously
