Position Summary
This role provides front-end recruiting support by managing initial candidate screening and routing for inbound and outbound driver leads. The Temporary Overseas Screening Agent serves as the first point of contact, ensuring all candidates are quickly pre-qualified, accurately documented, and connected to a recruiter via warm transfer.
This role is process-driven, not a full-cycle recruiting position, and requires strict adherence to script, scope, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Outreach
● Conduct outbound calls to driver leads using assigned calls in our Applicant Tracking System
● Deliver standardized opening script and maintain consistent candidate engagement
Screening & Qualification
● Execute required pre-screen questions exactly as defined (CDL status, endorsements, experience, safety history, home time preference)
● Accurately document all responses in ATS/forms in real time
Warm Transfer Execution
● Identify qualified candidates and initiate live transfer to available recruiters
● Monitor recruiter availability queues and facilitate seamless handoffs
● Schedule same-day callbacks when live transfer is not available
Disposition & Data Accuracy
● Apply correct call dispositions (warm transfer, callback, not qualified, no answer)
● Ensure complete and accurate recordkeeping for every candidate interaction

● Prior call center, recruiting support, or lead qualification experience preferred

● Ability to manage high-volume call volume and multitask effectively
● Comfortable working U.S.-aligned recruiting hours in a remote environment
