Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented US Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands the US hiring ecosystem, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with demanding timelines and diverse roles.
⚠️ Note: Candidates must be based in the Philippines, Indonesia, or Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle US recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Work closely with US clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and tracking reports
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets and turnaround times
- Stay updated on US market trends, visa types, and hiring practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Strong sourcing expertise across IT and Non-IT roles
- Familiarity with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during US business hours
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with US staffing agencies or direct US clients
- Understanding of US employment basics, compliance, and hiring workflows
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
