US IT Recruiter

Schedule: Night shift | US business hours

We're looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to support a US-based client. If you have strong technical recruitment knowledge, hands-on VMS/MSP account experience, and a track record of delivering quality candidates quickly, we'd like to hear from you!

What you'll do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate submissions, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Recruit for US technology positions, including Data Modeler, NOC Technician, Application Support, Cloud Computing Engineer, and AI-related roles.
• Assess candidates technical experience, qualifications, work authorization, availability, and alignment with job requirements.
• Deliver qualified candidate submissions within 24 hours while maintaining screening quality and accuracy.
• Manage multiple requisitions and prioritize urgent hiring requirements.
• Apply candidate verification and fraud prevention practices throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and meet agreed activity, submission, and placement targets.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with demonstrated hands-on experience recruiting IT professionals for the US market.
• Experience supporting VMS/MSP accounts in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, sourcing strategies, and candidate qualification.
• Hands-on W2/C2C recruitment experience and knowledge of US work authorization requirements.
• Proven ability to meet recruitment KPIs and deliver qualified submissions within tight deadlines.
• Experience handling candidate negotiations and closing offers.
• Excellent communication, organization, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow the required US business hours.
