US HR Payroll Specialist (Payroll Implementation)

About the Role

We are looking for a US HR Payroll Specialist with experience in US payroll operations and payroll system implementation. The role will support payroll processes, system configuration, testing, and integration using SAP and Kronos/UKG.

Employment Details:

• Rate: Up to 100,000/month + additional benefits (including HMO)
• Shift: Night Shift (US Schedule) - Monday to Friday
• Setup: Hybrid Setup at Diliman, Quezon City
• Status: Project Based (1-year) with highly chance of converting to Regular/Permanent role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in US Payroll or HR Payroll operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll and Kronos/UKG Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end US Payroll implementation.
• Familiarity with payroll system implementation, configuration, and testing.
• Knowledge of US payroll processes, taxes, deductions, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
