Hands-on experience with ADP modules (GlobalView, Workforce Now, RUN, or others).
3 years of experience in End-to-End US Payroll Cycle implementation.
Strong knowledge of US payroll processes, statutory requirements, tax laws, and compliance regulations.
Experience in QA testing for payroll systems, collaborating with IT/Tech teams.
Skilled in processing accurate and compliant payroll, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems, spreadsheets, and payroll reporting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across HR, Finance, and Tech teams.
Experienced in providing guidance to employees and stakeholders on payroll processes and system navigation.
Knowledge of continuous improvement practices in payroll operations and system functionality.
