This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and smooth coordination with patients and insurance providers. You will manage accounts receivable, conduct insurance eligibility checks, handle Medicare audits, and resolve billing exceptions while maintaining strong patient communication and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with patients regarding open invoices and outstanding balances
- Maintain and update the Accounts Receivable dashboard accurately
- Perform insurance eligibility verification for billing purposes
- Handle Medicare audits and ensure documentation compliance
- Work on stop-and-hold reports to resolve pending or missing billing requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to address billing issues promptly
- Communicate billing concerns clearly to patients while maintaining empathy
