Job Description

Join a structured global RPO team supporting US business operations — build international recruitment experience while working locally in Quezon City.

Role Summary:

We are hiring across Recruitment, Sourcing/Screening, and Talent Care/Recruitment Advisory functions to support the end-to-end talent acquisition process for US business operations under a structured global RPO engagement. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include candidate sourcing and screening, recruitment coordination, candidate engagement, hiring manager partnership, ATS management, recruitment administration, and onboarding support.

Open Positions:

  • Recruitment Specialist — Owns the full hiring cycle end-to-end, from sourcing through offer, as the main point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Screening / Sourcing Specialist / Digital Sourcer — Powers the pipeline behind the scenes, sourcing and pre-screening candidates so Recruitment Specialists can focus on closing. Backend role, high impact.
  • Senior Talent Care Advisor / Talent Care Advisor / Recruitment Advisor — Owns the candidate experience, coordinating interviews, communication, and every touchpoint along the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding support.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening and interviews as applicable.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate schedules, updates, and next steps to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS.
  • Track recruitment activity, candidate progress, and pending requirements.
  • Provide timely follow-ups to candidates, recruiters, and hiring stakeholders.
  • Support recruitment reporting, documentation, and administrative activities.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proactively identify recruitment challenges and support solutions to keep hiring activities on track.

Requirements:

  • Recruitment Specialist: 4+ years overall recruitment experience, including 1–2 years Nursing or Allied Health hiring experience and US recruitment background.
  • Screening / Sourcing Specialist: 2–4 years overall recruitment experience. Nursing or Allied Health experience not required.
  • Talent Care / Recruitment Advisor: 1–2 years overall recruitment experience. Nursing or Allied Health experience not required.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or other recruitment tools is an advantage.

Seniority Level: Associate to Mid-Senior, depending on role

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

Shift: Night Shift (US Business Hours)

Location: UP Ayala TechnoHub, Quezon City – Onsite for first 6 months, hybrid thereafter
