About the ROLE:
The RPO Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for a US-based healthcare client under Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement. This role requires a results-driven recruiter with hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for US healthcare roles, and the ability to operate effectively on a night shift schedule aligned with US business hours. The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of US healthcare recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to deliver quality hires within tight timelines in a fast-paced, client-facing RPO environment.

POSITION: US Healthcare Recruiter
WORK LOCATION: UP Technohub, Quezon City
WORK ARRANGEMENT: ON-SITE for the first 6 months, then 6 months HYBRID (2-3x a week)
SCHEDULE: Night Shift | US Working Hours
START DATE: October 12, 2026
Contract: 12 months | Possibility of absorption or extension based on performance
Qualifications
- 1 year of US Hiring & Healthcare Recruitment experience — REQUIRED
- 4+ years of overall recruitment experience
- Must have experience in RPO environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
