US Healthcare Recruiter - START ASAP

We're looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter with at least 1 year of US healthcare recruitment experience to join our growing recruitment team.

You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for US healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer management.

What You'll Do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare positions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and qualify candidates for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
• Manage multiple requisitions and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely candidate updates
• Verify healthcare licenses, certifications, and required credentials
• Partner with hiring teams and provide recruitment/sourcing insights
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of US healthcare recruitment experience
• Experience hiring clinical or non-clinical healthcare professionals
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and ATS/CRM tools
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and recruitment targets
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to work on a US shift / night shift
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City, transitioning to hybrid (3x onsite) after 6 months
