Job Description
About the role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment and is comfortable sourcing, screening, and coordinating with healthcare professionals for US-based opportunities.
Work Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: 6 months onsite, then transitioning to a hybrid setup
Work Shift: Night Shift
Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable depending on performance and client needs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for US healthcare professionals from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, qualifications, availability, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for suitable healthcare positions.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
- Verify candidate information, employment history, credentials, and other required documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS or recruitment database.
- Meet recruitment targets and turnaround times while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable US healthcare recruitment requirements.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Medical Assistants, Allied Health professionals, or similar roles is an advantage.
- Familiarity with US healthcare recruitment processes and terminology.
- Experience using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, or other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneously.
- Results-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with high-volume recruitment.
- Knowledge of US healthcare credentials, licenses, and certifications.
- Experience working with US-based candidates, clients, or hiring managers.
- Familiarity with different US time zones.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
