Draft, review, and redline contracts including BAAs, vendor agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and provider/payer agreements under attorney supervision
Maintain contract lifecycle tracking: intake, version control, signature workflows, renewal calendars, and expiration alerts
Conduct legal and regulatory research on US healthcare matters (HIPAA, Stark, Anti-Kickback Statute, state licensure, payer regulations) and summarize findings into actionable memos
Manage corporate records, entity filings, and state registrations across multiple US jurisdictions
Coordinate with outside counsel, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies; prepare correspondence and meeting materials
Support credentialing, licensing, and provider enrollment documentation as needed
Assist with subpoena responses and medical records requests
Maintain organized digital files, matter trackers, and shared workspaces (Google Drive, DocuSign, to-be-implemented Legal software)
Prepare summaries, status reports, and dashboards for legal leadership on a weekly cadence
