Job Description
Are you experienced in US Healthcare AR Follow-Ups and insurance claims collections Join our growing team and take your career further in the US Healthcare industry!
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on unpaid, outstanding, and denied medical claims.
- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim status and resolution.
- Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
- Resolve claim denials, underpayments, and billing discrepancies.
- Work with CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of US Healthcare Provider Services experience (hospital or physician billing).
- Hands-on experience in AR Follow-Up / AR Collections.
- Knowledge of medical billing, claims processing, and EOB interpretation.
- Experience making outbound calls to US insurance payers.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
