Overview

The Sourcing Specialist is a key member of the US Frontline Talent Acquisition Service Delivery team; this role specializes in sourcing talent for high-volume US Frontline roles through analyzing internal and external data, detailed understanding of business demands, and deployment of effective recruitment marketing tactics.

The Sourcing Specialist partners closely with recruiters and US Frontline TA leadership to ensure successful hiring outcomes. Agility, understanding of global talent markets, and a commitment to excellence are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Identify and engage passive talent using advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Identify & nuture qualified candidates with relevant opportunities, maintaining engagement, and moving talent efficiently into active pipelines.
  • Generate talent maps and provide insights to recruiters and hiring managers to support both immediate and longer-term recruitment planning.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels to uncover hidden talent pools.
  • Leverage external talent databases and subscription platforms to identify, engage, and pipeline passive talent.
  • Create local-level pipelines as needed (e.g., acquisitions, new plants/sites, new lines) to ensure proactive talent readiness for emerging hiring demands.
  • Evaluate local hiring demand to determine the need for targeted sourcing efforts and coordinate activation of paid media campaigns in partnership with the TA Attraction & Engagement team.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with recruiters, Sourcing Lead, and Service Delivery Region teams leaders to understand roles, skills, and business priorities.
  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure strong pipeline health for requisitions and flag potential sourcing challenges.
  • Provide strategic sourcing insights, market trends, and best practices to internal stakeholders.
  • Share updates, reports, and insights with recruiters, Service Delivery region leads, and Sourcing Lead to support decision-making using standardized templates.
  • Collaborate with the TA Attraction & Engagement team to address macro-level candidate pipeline gaps and support targeted attraction initiatives.

Process Excellence & Tools Optimization

  • Ensure accurate and consistent use of ATS and CRM platforms to understand pipeline health.
  • Implement best practices for sourcing strategies and talent mapping to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adhere to US Frontline standards and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Human Resources, Market Research).
  • Sourcing Expertise: 2+ years of experience sourcing Frontline/high-volume talent, utilizing advanced sourcing strategies and methodologies. 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent research, preferably supporting high-volume or frontline hiring.
  • Talent Market Research & Mapping: Proven ability to conduct in-depth talent market research, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights to inform US Frontline strategies.
  • Technology & Tools Proficiency: Expertise in sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, Indeed, automation tools, and CRM/ATS platforms.
  • People Skills: Strong ability to engage with recruiters and team members, providing strategic sourcing insights and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Organizational & Multitasking Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in sourcing efforts.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to Sourcing Leader, TA Attraction & Engagement team, and recruiters.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a global team, fostering inclusivity, shared accountability, and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Results-Driven & Process-Oriented: Strong sense of urgency and accountability in delivering robust Frontline talent pipelines while adhering to global sourcing standards.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Frontline/high-volume sourcing experience preferred prior experience in a global, complex company with large Frontline population.
  • Market Intelligence Expertise: Familiarity with talent markets, trends, and competitive landscape.
