Shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM | Monday - Friday

About this role. . .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall progress of engagements in relation to staffing, budgets, deliverables, and deadlines for various types of employee benefit plans, including defined contribution 401(k), profit-sharing plans, and 403(b) plans.
- Complete or review planning and testing workpapers as well as financial statements before submission to manager/principal for further review.
- Supervise assigned staff and mentor during engagements and support their learning and career progression.
- Effectively schedule and run engagements and work to improve the realization and utilization.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Expertise in Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA license
- 4-7 years of public accounting experience
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff
