The firm provides recurring bookkeeping, accounting support, advisory services, and operational guidance to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Manage bookkeeping for multiple U.S.-based clients.
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end bookkeeping activities.
- Assist with historical cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping for newly onboarded clients.
- Support limited AR/AP reconciliation activities as required.
Client Communication
- Communicate professionally with clients through the firm's client portal.
- Request missing documents, bank statements, and bookkeeping information.
- Provide bookkeeping updates and respond to client inquiries.
- Participate in client meetings when needed.
Practice Management & Operations
- Manage daily work and priorities through the firm's practice management system.
- Assist in maintaining organized workflows and client records.
- Support administrative tasks related to bookkeeping operations.
- Troubleshoot accounting software integrations when necessary.
- Handle other bookkeeping and operational tasks assigned by the team.

QUALIFICATIONS
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of U.S. bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Xero.
- Experience handling multiple U.S.-based clients.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and reconciliations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable learning and working with multiple cloud-based accounting systems.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience in a U.S. accounting firm.
- Experience supporting e-commerce businesses.
- Experience with practice management software.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Familiarity with accounting software integrations.
- Experience with historical cleanup bookkeeping.
- Basic understanding of U.S. business taxation.
