US Bookkeeper/Accountant

HIRING: BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTANT | ONSITE (Night Shift)

Are you a QuickBooks Online expert who can handle full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll, and multiple small-business clients This could be for you!

What We're Looking For:

• Strong, hands-on QuickBooks Online expertise — setup, bank rules, automation & chart of accounts
• Full-cycle accounting - bank reconciliations and coding all the way through preparing month-end financial reports
• Accrual Accounting - maintain schedules to support Balance Sheet accounts, including Equity/Capital accounts
• Intercompany Payables/Receivables - Reconciliation
• Payroll across all companies and Payroll Reconciliation
• Sales Tax Preparation
• 1099 Filings
• Comfortable handling multiple small-business clients simultaneously
• Tech-savvy and interested in automation & AI tools
• Organized and able to work independently
• Clear verbal and written communication
