We are seeking an experienced Assurance Senior Associate to support audit engagements for U.S. clients. The role involves managing engagement activities, coordinating with clients, and providing guidance to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead assigned audit engagements from planning through completion.
- Develop engagement plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicate directly with clients and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to associates and interns.
- Assist with proposals and contribute to business development activities.
- Apply strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple engagements effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
- 3+ years of public accounting experience with U.S. audit exposure required.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. audit process and accounting standards.
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Financial Services experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, and presentation skills.
