Position: Client Experience Backer
The Client Experience Backer (CEB) is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the customer journey. Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular client check-ins through calls, video meetings, and email
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Address client concerns and coordinate resolutions with internal teams

Maintain accurate CRM records and client updates
Identify referral and upsell opportunities to support business growth
