URGENT: Website Builder

Responsibilities

• Build, design, and maintain responsive websites across platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and custom page builders
• Construct and update web pages, high-converting landing pages, opt-in forms, custom layouts, and multimedia content
• Tailor site architecture and UI elements to ensure mobile responsiveness, fast load speeds, and intuitive navigation across all devices
• Upload, format, and organize website content, including copy, high-resolution imagery, promotional videos, and e-commerce product listings
• Diagnose and resolve technical website issues, such as broken links, layout misalignments, formatting glitches, and form submission errors
• Implement basic on-page SEO best practices (meta titles, descriptions, image alt tags) and manage theme, plugin, and core system updates
• Conduct pre-launch testing across forms, CTA links, navigation paths, and cross-browser display compatibility prior to publishing live updates
• Configure site settings and localized schema data for geographical targeting focused on regional audiences near the client's business location
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather media assets, clarify layout requirements, incorporate revision feedback, and deliver project updates on deadline

Qualifications

• Proven website building, design, and front-end management experience in a corporate setting, agency, or as a Virtual Assistant
• Required hands-on proficiency across major website builders and CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or Webflow)
• Solid understanding of basic SEO principles, plugin management, domain/hosting configurations, and local SEO geo-targeting
• High degree of adaptability and willingness to cross-train or transition into secondary administrative/digital marketing roles as client needs evolve
